HOURS OF BUSINESS

Monday-Saturday:
9.00am to 12 noon
2.00pm to 4.00pm
6.00pm to 6.30pm

Sunday:
10.00am to 12 noon only

We are not open for admission or collection on Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Bank Holidays

Vaccinations:
All animals must have up to date inoculations and valid certificates which do not expire before the last day of boarding with us. Vaccination cards are checked on arrival.

Dogs:
All dogs entering the kennels must produce an up to date, yearly vaccination certificate against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis and parvo virus.
We recommend that dogs are vaccinated against Bordetella bronchiseptica (Kennel Cough) with INTRAC or NOBIVAC KC. This vaccination must be given at least 3 weeks before the first day of boarding.

Cats:
All cats entering the cattery must produce an up to date, yearly vaccination certificate against feline influenza, feline enteritis, and feline leukaemia

Charges:
Rates are on a daily basis, charged from and including the date of arrival. A full day’s board is charged for the days of arrival and departure unless collection takes place prior to 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure when no charge is made

Boarding fees include insurance for conditions arising as a result of the animal's stay up to a maximum of £200. Any veterinary fees for other reasons must be paid for by the owner. No animals will be released until all charges have been paid.

The right is reserved to alter boarding charges without notice. Current charges are available on request or when making a booking.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment Method:
We only accept cheques with a valid Bankers card or cash. We are unable to take credit or debit cards.
Should you require to cancel your booking, 5 days notice is required failure to cancel before this period will incur full charges.

Exceptions at the discretion of the proprietors.
